I founded Phase Family Coaching to fill a gap. Parents today are stretched thin, juggling more than any previous generation, with every parenting resource imaginable at their fingertips. And still, something was missing.
What I've found, time and time again, is that most parents aren't struggling because they don't care or aren't trying hard enough. They're struggling because no one ever taught them the foundational principles of behavior — how children learn, why they act the way they do, and what actually drives lasting change at home. They're pouring everything they have into their child, but without that foundation, even the most devoted parent can feel like they're spinning their wheels.
Knowing what to do is only half the battle. Changing your own behavior, the way you respond, react, and show up, is genuinely hard. It takes practice, self-awareness, and honest feedback. You can't see your own blind spots, and no book or podcast can tell you how you're actually doing in the moment.
As a doctoral-level Board Certified Behavior Analyst, I bring the science. But more than that, I bring a real partnership, so you don't just learn what to do, you get the support and feedback to actually do it.
That's what Phase is here for. One family, one phase at a time.
Every strategy I teach is grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis, the most evidence-based approach available for understanding and changing behavior.
No templates. Every plan starts with your child, your goals, and your home environment. What works for one family may not work for another, and that's exactly why we customize.
The goal isn't dependency on coaching; it's building your own competence and confidence so you can navigate new challenges independently as your child grows.
"Phase was born from a simple realization: most families don't need more intervention, they need a stronger foundation. I started this work because I knew I could offer something different: personalized guidance, rooted in science, that creates real and lasting change for the families I serve."
